• Communication Preferences: By engaging our services, you agree to receive communication from Diaspora Multiservices LLC via various channels, including but not limited to, email, SMS, and phone calls. These communications may include important updates, notifications, promotional offers, and information related to our services. You acknowledge that such communications are necessary for the effective provision of our services.

• Non-Refundable Services: All fees and charges paid for immigration services provided by Diaspora Multiservices LLC are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultation fees, application processing fees, document review fees, and any other service-related charges.

• Contract signing: The client must sign the contract in person before starting any process with Diaspora Multiservices LLC. The company reserves the right not to provide the service if said contract is not signed by the client.

• Opting Out: We respect your communication preferences, and you have the right to opt-out of receiving non-essential communications from us at any time. You can exercise this right by contacting our team by email info@diasporamultiservices.com, by calling us to 786-753-9656 or by following the instructions provided in the communication itself. Please note that opting out of certain communications may limit our ability to provide you with timely updates or information related to your immigration applications.

• Modification of Policy: Diaspora Multiservices LLC reserves the right to modify or update this No-Refundable Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective upon posting on our website or any other prominent location where our services are offered. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.

• Payments:
1.1 We accept payments by Zelle, Credit & Debit cards and cash. We also offer financing as well. WE DON'T ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
1.2 The client agrees to pay Diaspora Multiservices for the immigration services as outlined in the agreement.
1.3 A non-refundable payment of 50% is due upon the commencement of any services by Diaspora Multiservices or upon signing the contract and agreeing to proceed with our services.

• Service Commencement: Diaspora Multiservices will commence immigration services only after receiving the required deposit of 50%.

• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a notice period of 48 hours if decides to cease services.

• No-Show Appointment Policy: Clients are required to confirm appointments via text message, phone call, or email.

If a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged.

This fee applies to all confirmed appointments missed without sufficient notice, regardless of the reason for the absence. To secure your appointment, you will be required to provide valid debit or credit card information through a secure payment link. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms.

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
